Here's the original description, edited appropriately:
In the spirit of drawing new stuff and a slightly different way, here's something that I deem a bit far away from the typical Cellfaces stuff you've seen me submit in the past. I'm still undecided as to the colouring, the picture's currently been at shading step for ages.

Final piece will feature a lot of nifties, such as clever motion blur and a roaring wild audience and stuff like that. The receiving girl turned into a kind of Elena from SF3 when I figured Roxane had the Chun Li buns again and so it was sort of funny in a tongue in cheek way or something.

The fat-breasted girl behind is actually a referee for those who aren't sure. The black suit in the end should make it more obvious.
